This Just In: New Arrivals for the Week of May 20, 2026
An embarrassment of riches, really. All headed your way.
The latest batch of completed games has arrived at Limited Run HQ and successfully undergone their pre-shipping approvals checks, meaning that they’ll be on their way to you soon. In fact, some of you have probably already received a few of these.
There’s a lot this week. So let’s shift into high gear and speed through it all.
Hi-Fi Rush
The standard edition of the hotly anticipated and highly demanded Hi-Fi Rush has arrived. Shown here is the PlayStation 5 version.

This may be a standard edition, but for a game with art this cool, we couldn’t help but incorporate a beautiful reversible cover that, as a bonus, shows through the translucent plastic of a PS5 case.
Dustwind Resistance
Dust... wind... dude. That’s right, the latest entry in this squad-based tactical series is here. Get ready to think (and shoot) your way through the post-apocalyptic wasteland.

Valiant Hearts: Coming Home
You don’t tend to see a lot of video games set in World War I... probably because the relatively primitive armaments and prevalence of grueling trench-based holding actions (where each side could be stuck in position for weeks at a time) don’t make for thrilling video game action. However, this is not an action game, but more of a narrative adventure that deals with the human repercussions of a war so devastating that it caused the world to vow “never again!” (The world was not true its word, sadly.)

The Valiant Hearts: Coming Home Deluxe Edition set that has just arrived includes the standard game, of course, but also a lithograph and pin set in a nice oversized box.
R-Type Delta HD Boosted: Full Force Edition
Next up in the size rankings this week is the R-Type Delta HD Boosted: Full Force Edition box set, a distro title from our friends at Clear River Games. The original R-Type Delta was a standout shooter for the original PlayStation; now it’s a standout shooter for PlayStation 5. (And Switch.)

The set comes in a heavy box that slides into a protective cover. Inside, you’ll naturally find the standard release of the game (PS5 in this case) along with a plethora of goods. There’s a two-disc soundtrack, an art book, a set of art prints showcasing iconic imagery like the R-9 fighting and the monstrous Dobkeratops, a lenticular animated print, and a cloth banner showcasing the aforementioned iconic R-9 and Dobkeratops locked in mortal combat.
And finally, the biggest boy for the week:
Legacy of Kain Soul Reaver 1&2 Remastered: Collector’s Edition
This collection of the Soul Reaver duology is another distro title, this one from Aspyr, In addition to containing remasters of the PlayStation and PlayStation 2 classics, as one does, this set also includes... well, maybe it would be easier to describe what it doesn’t include.

Inside of a heavy, durable box, the Soul Reaver 1&2 Remastered CE includes the games, with enough shelf display options to inspire some genuine choice paralysis. Do you want to display the standard game case? The standard case in a protective dust sleeve? Or put that back into storage and show off the steel case instead?
Also included is a two-disc soundtrack and a deluxe comic book that builds on the game lore with some truly spectacular narrative artwork. But that’s not all! Fish all the way down to the bottom of the box and you’ll find another, smaller box that contains a sarcophagus and a replica of the Soul Reaver itself. The sword’s hilt includes a magnetic element so that it can be displayed attached to the sarcophagus... or probably on a refrigerator, though there’s no telling what bizarre temporal food paradoxes you might unleash by doing so.
Keep going, though. There’s also a wooden block puzzle. And a set of art prints. And, finally, a large fold-out poster featuring a world map and a detailed key on the reverse side.
And... that’s it for this week. Which is plenty. Good things we’re all fans of stuff here, because these sets contain plenty of it! And you can rest assured that there’ll be more stuff to look forward to in next week’s update. Whew.
