Pre-Order Status

Our design team designs all of the components, including packaging and labelling. This stage also covers approval from the title’s developers and any other partners involved.

Our production team works with our trusted manufacturing partners to produce samples of each component, then submits these to the title’s developers for approval. Small revisions are typical, but if more significant changes are needed, this stage can take a little longer.

This is typically the longest stage, covering the physical manufacture of all components, each of which has its own production time.

Once manufacturing is complete, all the individual components are shipped to our assembly facility. This status covers the transit time from the factories and the time needed to assemble the collector’s editions.

Your collector’s edition is ready to go. This stage covers transit time from our assembly partner and processing time at our warehouse to get your order shipped — keep an eye on your notifications, it’ll be on its way soon.*
